• Time allotted for public comment during the February 14th Board of Education meeting: There will be 30 minutes allotted for public comment on the topic of redistricting/reorganization. Anyone wishing to make public comment must sign up on a designated sheet. Each of the five impacted K-8 schools will be allotted two speakers, each of whom can speak for three minutes (or have one of the two speakers waive his/her time to a single speaker), filling the allotted 30 minutes. If a school does not have a speaker, the allotted time (6 minutes) will be available for other speakers on a first come-first serve basis through the sign-up sheet. If we have speakers that wish to make comments on something other than redistricting/reorganization, we may allot an extra three minutes per subject.
