Weather Watch - Friday, December 18, 2009

(11:43 a.m.) All extracurricular events scheduled for Friday night in Chatham County Schools have been canceled. The district may release staff early if the storm continues to worsen before the end of the regular work day.

(Update: 11:15 a.m.)  Due to inclement weather entering Chatham County before 11 a.m., Chatham County Schools will release all students as close to 11:30 a.m. as possible today.  Buses will run their routes, and families should be assured some members of the staff will remain at schools until all students have been picked up.
